Valerie Adams

Valerie Adams (Born 6th October 1984) is a really good shot putter from New Zealand. She is a two time Olympic, commonwealth and world indoor champion and also is a four time World champion which means that this lady must have a lot of medals at her house. She currently holds the New Zealand, Oceanic, Common Wealth and equal World championship records with a whopping throw of 21.24 metres so she really makes it clear that this women will win a fight against me with ease. Did you know she is one of only nine athletes to win a world championship at youth junior and senior level of an athletic event and is the first women to win four consecutive individual titles at the world track and field championships, that tells me that its not to young to live you're dream.

Valerie Adams really inspires me to strive and do my best. She shows us that you're not to young to live your dream and that no matter where you come from if you have the right mind you can do anything.
